Forms

We form habits and then our habits form us.  It's helpful to take a step back from time to time and take a look at your habitual routines.  At times you may not even realize something has become habit, daily even.  Make sure the person you picture yourself as, and the person your actual actions display, are in line with each other.  If not, work on it.  You'll become a better person and have more peace in your heart.
