Vegetarian

I've loved meat my entire life (insert joke here). I am attempting to eat vegetarian meals more often now though. Mostly for health reasons as the meat in this country is treated like crap and filled with hormones and preservatives.

Today I cooked some Punjabi Chhole and some veggie chow mein. We'll see how long this lasts. I will say I feel full, but great, not bloated or stuffed.

Also enjoying some African Rooibos tea. Nice flavor, ton of antioxidants and no caffeine.

Trying to take care of myself where I can these days. No time like the present.
